‘Friends’ meeting Monday

The annual membership meeting of Friends of the Del Norte Library will be held Monday, Nov. 14, at noon at the library. Members will elect officers for the coming year and discuss plans. Friends of Del Norte Library raises funds to purchase books and DVDs for the library. In the past year, money raised helped to buy roughly 300 books and DVDs and replaced a library computer. Volunteers are always needed to help with book sales and other activities. To learn more, come to the meeting or fill out a volunteer information slip at the library’s main desk.
