HICAP offers Medicare enrollment assistance

The Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) of Del Norte County, a Medicare advocacy and education organization, is currently accepting appointments for the upcoming Annual Medi­care Enrollment Period, which is from Oct. 15-Dec. 7.

The HICAP office has moved to the new location for the Area 1 on Aging Programs at the Del Norte Senior Center, 1765 Northcrest Drive.
