High school offers murder mystery play

Del Norte High School's Drama class will perform the play "Done to Death" on Friday and May 12, 18 and 19 with a special matinee for Mother's Day at 2 p.m. May 13. "Done to Death" is a mystery-comedy that challenges the audience to deduce whom the murderer might be. Its plot revolves around five mystery writers who are gathered on a Caribbean island to work up plots for an upcoming murder-mystery television show. The writers keep dying before they can figure out who done it. Del Norte High students in the play include Caitlin Knox, Doug Wilson, Kyle Cumbra, Ashley Fones and Mat Khis, Ben Tell and Alexis Jacob, and Crystell Wise. The Mother's Day performance offers a special gift to the first 100 mothers.
