Pay book fees with canned food

The Del Norte County Library will hold its third annual Food For Fines through Dec. 23.

Those with overdue book fines can offset the fees by bringing in canned food items to the library.

One can of food equals 50 cents off overdue fees. Food will be donated to Harrington House.
