USA prepares for annual fundraiser

Uncharted Shores Academy will hold its fifth annual Family Fun evening and auction on Friday in the main building of the fairgrounds beginning at 5 p.m.

Proceeds will benefit the school’s athletic teams, field trips and interactive educational supplies. Tickets are available at the school and at the door for $5 and group rates are available.

The evening provides an opportunity for families to socialize and have a wonderful spaghetti meal while enjoying some live entertainment as well as the excitement and com­petition of an auction featuring items donated by businesses throughout the c­om­­munity. The live auction will begin at 6 p.m., and a silent auction will be going on all evening.
