Wedding: Fugate, Forsht

Candace Fugate and Ryan Forsht of Crescent City were married Sept. 10, 2011, in a ceremony on Lower Lake Road performed by Rev. Zachery Eacret.

Candace, a 2003 graduate of Del Norte High School, is the daughter of Kevin and Lynn Fugate of Crescent City. She earned her associate’s degree from Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Wash., in 2007 and is currently employed by Sun Seekers and Greenscapes.

The son of Greg and Joni Forsht of Crescent City, Ryan owns and operates a local business. After graduating from Del Norte High School in 2001, he attended Shasta College in Redding.

Wedding attendants included Sam Forsht as best man; Jessica Speelman as maid of honor; groomsmen Christopher Anthony, Adolfo Ramirez, Chad Fugate, Allen Mazenkas and Mitchell Sanders; and bridesmaids Nikki Lopez, Danielle Robertson, Christy Barron, Brianne Hildebrandt and Andrea Hilger.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica.
