Letters: Tent meeting was disruptive; county should have acted |
Regarding the letter from the organizer of the tent meetings ("Tent meeting family hopes to avoid controversy next year," Aug. 5), this tent that was parked on McNamara Road and Parkway with no permit did a lot of damage. It hurt people with lots of noise, cars making dust, running a generator until 9 p.m. or later, music so loud even dogs left the area. Maybe a sound-proof building would help.
