DNHS girls soccer team falls to Ferndale

The Del Norte High girls soccer team fell to Ferndale 6-3 on Saturday. Del Norte struck first at around the one-minute mark of the first half on a goal by Hailey Hulse and a short time later on a score by Christina Levy. In the second half, Del Norte took a 3-2 advantage in the 47th minute on a goal by Molly Lambert. Warriors head coach Clar Byers said that the girls started to run out of gas as Ferndale scored four more goals to earn the victory. Del Norte fell to 0-6-1 for the year. |
