The Del Norte Little League 11–12 Softball All-Stars are the champions of Oregon Little League District 8.

The Warriors capped a dominating three-game run with a 10-0, five-inning victory over Grants Pass (Ore.) Little League in the 11-12 softball championship at Rogue River (Ore.) High School on Tuesday.

Del Norte pitchers Tamesha Jordan and Allison Douglas did not allow a hit while striking out 12 Central Point batters.

Through three games of the District 8 tournament, the Warriors outscored Rogue River (Ore.) Little League and Grants Pass Little League — whom Del Norte played twice — 65-1 in 15 innings of softball.

The Warriors will play in the 11–12 state softball finals beginning July 12 at 3 p.m. in Scappoose, Ore. An opponent has yet to be determined.
