Former Warrior Goacher helps team to a victory

Former Del Norte Warrior football player John Goacher had a good performance close to home over the weekend.

Goacher, a 2010 Warrior graduate, is a starter on the offensive line at The College of the Siskiyous of Weed, which traveled to Eureka to face College of the Redwoods on Saturday.

Goacher did not allow a sack in the Eagles 56-26 victory. Goacher and the rest of the offensive line also helped running back Taylor Cox set a school record with 326 yards rushing.
