Film about veteran to be shown

The Humboldt Arts Council in partnership with KEET-TV and Humboldt State University present the film "Hell and Back Again" April 5.

The film will be shown from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Morris Graves Museum of Art.

The film will be followed by a discussion led by Philip Rouse, quality improvement analyst in Humboldt State University's human resources department who served in the military for 5 years.

This is a free monthly event.

"Hell and Back Again" follows a Marine's return home from war. U.S.

Marine Sgt. Nathan Harris, 25, leads his unit to fight a ghostlike enemy

in Afghanistan. Wounded in battle, Harris returns to America and his

devoted wife to fight pain, addiction, and the terrifying normalcy of

life at home.
