Huffman to hold telephone town hall on shutdown

Triplicate Staff

Congressman Jared Huffman will hold a telephone town hall on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Huffman will take questions regarding the government shutdown as well as his work and priorities representing the North Coast in Congress.

"I'm looking forward to discussing with Northern Californians about what exactly I'm doing to end the government shutdown," Congressman Huffman said in a press release. "We need to reopen our government, and I am looking forward to discussing that and other issues with my constituents."

Constituents should sign up for the telephone town hall to ensure that they will be able to participate. The FCC and other entities require that Huffman's office only call land lines.
