Candidates for Del Norte County district attorney and Superior Court judge have been invited to attend a forum tonight at the fairgrounds.
The event presented by the Del Norte Tea Party Patriots is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. at the county fairgrounds Floral Building. An opportunity to chat with the candidates begins at 5:45 p.m.
The candidates for district attorney include attorneys Robert Drossel and Dale Trigg.
The candidates for judge include attorneys Darren McElfresh and Dohn Henion, and incumbent Chris Doehle, who was appointed by the Governor's Office to finish Judge Robert Wier's term after he retired.
The Tea Party is planning a second forum May 13 regarding the sheriff's race and ballot measures.
