High school baseball gear stolen from shed

Triplicate Staff

The shed housing all of the baseball equipment for the Del Norte High baseball team was broken into recently.

Team members discovered that all of their bats and first aid supplies, in addition to much of senior Josiah Johnson's personal equipment, was stolen from the shed April 8. The break-in was believed to have happened sometime April 7.

The Warriors received help from two people, Angie Galindo and Debbie Rice, to replace the equipment needed to play games.

"They stepped forward to donate some money to help us replace some of the stuff that we lost," head coach Travis Johnson said.
