Clarence James Hall, 44, passed away May 17, 2008, in Klamath. He was born June 8, 1963 in Fresno. Clarence had been a Del Norte County resident for the past 39 years.

Clarence died a hero, he will be remembered as a loving husband, son, uncle and good father who was very proud of his children. Clarence enjoyed volunteering his time helping people and working on cars.

Survivors include wife Robyn Hall of Crescent City; children Natasha Hall of Arcata, Anthony Hall of Brookings, and Shalee Hall of Crescent City; mother Patricia Hall of Crescent City; siblings Cynthia Ann Hall of Arcata, Chris Hall of Manteca, Marina Maietta of Gasquet, and Martin Hall of Crescent City; best friend Calvin Bingham of Portland, Ore.; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and other family and friends.

Viewing will be held Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Wier's Mortuary Chapel in Crescent City.

The family-conducted memorial service will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Crescent City.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wier's Mortuary Chapel.
