Jerry Lee Adamson, 61, died July 17, 2007, in Crescent City.
He was born February 5, 1946, in Rupert, Idaho to Mabel and Charley Adamson. He moved to Crescent City with his family at the age of 4.
For 35 years he worked for several moving companies and eventually owned his own business.
He is survived by his companion of 16 1/2 years, Maja Nicol and stepson Jon Montonen of Crescent City, brothers Charles Vaughn and wife Louann of Martinez, Michael Adamson of Crescent City, brother-in-law James Dulaney and son Kevin Adams-Ridgeway of Crescent City.
Three of his children, Jerry Dewayne Adamson, Tony Lee Adamson and Kimperly Elaine Shackelford live in Arkansas. He was preceded in death by infant sons Tony Lee and Charles David, his parents and sister Beverly Dulaney. Other survivors are two nephews: Darrell Adamson and Robbie Vanduse, four nieces: Cheryl Culpepper, Julie Bergren, Dorothy Shields and Marie Reed.
He will be buried in the Cogburn family plot in Fancy Hill Community, Ark. with his son Tony Lee. His immediate family will attend the burial, just as he had hoped.
