Doris Ileene Allen Baldwin died April 25, 2007, following a short illness.

She was born Sept. 20, 1926, to Edgar and Charlotte Allen in Medford, Ore.

She moved to Crescent City, Calif. as an infant and returned to the Rogue Valley in 1975. She attended the Oregon College of Business, graduating with a Business degree, then taught at the business school and finished her career at age 77 as the office manager and bookkeeper for Pappy's Pizza. Reading, gardening, music and spending time with her family and friends were her passions in life. Two weeks before she died her son-in-law, Del, took her for her last Harley ride.

She is survived by her only brother, Robert Allen of Crescent City, and his wife Elaine; her six children, Wenda Sondergard of Guffey, Colo., Karen Mezzetta of Medford, Peggy and Delbert Nickols of Medford, Lisa Phelps of Nolanville, Texas, Ron Blacketer and Deirdre of Limerick, Ireland, Perri and Ron Joseph of Canby, Ore.; her grandchildren Trina, Heather, Trisha, Carri, Giuseppe, Alexandrea, Cutter, Isabella, Natasha, Guthrie and Calder; her great-grandchildren Craig, Benjamin, Sherman, Colten, Donovyn and Oscar.

Both parents preceded her in death.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. April 29 at Idle Wheels, Club House, Medford.
