Letters: Lighthouse Quilt Show had behind the scenes support

This letter is a way to let the community know who some of the special, behind-the-scenes people were at the 7th-annual Lighthouse Quilt Show.

On Thursday, Coach Lewis Nova and 15 players on the Del Norte High Football JV and varsity teams hung curtain quilts, set up tables and did whatever else we needed to have done.

Sunday, the coaches and a different group of 15 or more players came back to take everything down, load vehicles and help vendors load up so that everyone could leave at the same time.

They were very professional and courteous, and the community and their parents should be very proud of these wonderful young gentlemen.

A big thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your help and your time to make our show super.

As a guild, we have given a donation to help with some of their needs for the coming season.

Good luck for a great season. Go Warriors.
