Young shouldn't be paid in jail
OK, let me see if I have this right. Jerrold Young, a local insurance broker/correctional officer, gets arrested on suspicion of insurance fraud and is sentenced to 30 days in jail on behalf of his company. Now there is a chance we, the taxpayers, could pay him his full salary while he takes vacation time off to serve his jail time.
Makes a person wonder why the state is in so much financial trouble.
