After finishing the regular season with a 21-3 overall record and winning the Big 5 Conference, the Warriors are set to host a playoff game today at 5:30 p.m. Del Norte will face Drake High of San Anslemo in the North Coast Section Class 2-A Redwood Empire division playoffs.The Warriors received a first-round bye. If Del Norte defeats Drake, who brings a 15-10 record to the contest, the Warriors will play for the championship on Saturday against either Healdsburg or San Marin. Healdsburg defeated Big 5 Conference opponent Arcata 4-2 on Tuesday. Del Norte is the No. 3 seed, and Drake is the No. 2 seed. There will be an $8 cost for adults and $5 for seniors and children for the Del Norte/Drake game.
