Habitat projects top Smith River council agenda

Projects to restore habitat, monitor fish and secure grants top the agenda for the Smith River Advisory Council's meeting on Wednesday. The meeting will start at 1 p.m. at the Lighthouse Inn, U.S. Hwy. 101.

The council will also consider the California coded wire tag policy and a Smith River creel survey, as well as plans for the Smith River Colloquium.
