Discouraging lawsuits would bring down health care costs

In earlier times, medical people used leeches. Somehow they morphed and now we are stuck with lawyers, which creates a need for insurance, which finally literally makes America unable to afford health care.

Our medical people are priceless, but they don’t have to cost so much.

It could be an easy thing if we would make a criminal negligence conviction necessary before filing for a monetary lawsuit.

Now how often is that going to happen with people who are sworn and their life practice is to only do good?
