Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of June 19-25 include:
•Penny Heriford, 27, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,600 for driving under the influence •Tiffany Quackenbuch, 32, Brookings, Ore., was sentenced to three years probation, and fined $900 for reckless driving •Travis Ingram, 31, Hillsboro, Ore., was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,600 for driving under the influence •Gary Grant, 50, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,600 for driving under the influence •Michael Wiseman, 37, Klamath, was sentenced to 45 days in County Jail and fined $150 for driving on a suspended license due to a prior driving under the influence •Frank Dowd, 31, Klamath, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail for two probation violations •Cinda Caine, 58, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $1,185 for reckless driving •Joseph Dugish Jr., 48, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,600 for driving under the influence and unlicensed driver •John Jones, 51, Crescent City, was sentenced to 14 days in County Jail for two probation violations •Kristopher Jett, 22, Crescent City, was sentenced to one year in County Jail and fined $150 for receiving stolen property •Charles Brown, 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to 120 days in County Jail and fined $130 for obstructing/resisting arrest •Derek Goodlin, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail for probation violation •Patrick Sherman, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years probation, and fined $1,600 for driving under the influence |
