Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of April 27-May 3 include: •Randi Cleveland, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $2,094 for habitual traffic offender and failure to appear •William Pate, 30, Crescent City, was sentenced to 21 days in County Jail and fined $190 for battery on a non-cohabitant •James Coddington, 26, Crescent City, was sentenced to four years in State Prison and fined $310 for possession of a firearm by an ex-felon •Simon Carroll, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to five years in State Prison and fined $620 for possession of a dirk or dagger, possession of narcotics and giving false identification to an officer •Armando Lopez, 24, Smith River, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,676 for driving while under the influence •Timothy Kramer, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to four days in County Jail and fined $190 for disturbing the peace •Orville Campbell, 55, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,676 for driving while under the influence •Coleena Robicheaux, 31, Crescent City, was sentenced to 96 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $1,676 for driving while under the influence •Sean Simao, 22, Crescent City, was sentenced to 150 days in County Jail for two probation violations •Edward Steele, 40, Ukiah, was sentenced to six years in State Prison and fined $310 for taking a vehicle without permission, receiving stolen property and driving while license suspended due to a prior DUI |
