• Loyal Rodgers Conde, 88, died June 24, 2012, in Crescent City. He was born Dec. 28, 1923, in Kansas, and was a 25-year resident of Del Norte County. Burial will take place at the Del Norte County Veteran’s Cemetery. Arrangements by Wier’s Mortuary Chapel.
