Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Nov. 2–8 include: • Jeffery Wilson, 42, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $680 for being under the influence of a controlled substance
• Billy Lacy, 47, Crescent City, was sentenced to 120 days in County Jail and fined $190 for possession without a prescription • Brett Hogan, 36, Crescent City, was sentenced to 120 days in County Jail and fined $190 for violating a court order preventing domestic violence • Dennie Sanderson, 26, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail and fined $260 for battery on a peace officer and obstructing/resisting a police officer; and sentenced to 60 days in County Jail and fined $260 for obstructing/resisting a police officer and public intoxication • Alta Thompson, 23, Klamath, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $190 for battery • Joshua Feight, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to 180 days in County Jail for probation violations • Todd Nastiuk, 48, Crescent City, was sentenced to four years in State Prison for conspiracy to commit a crime and a special allegation • Marc Shropshire, 51, Eagle Point, was sentenced to three years in State Prison and fined $310 for alcohol/drugs causing crime and enhanced penalty for multiple victims • William McCovey, 57, Klamath, was sentenced to two years in State Prison and $310 in fines for receiving stolen property • Summer Reed, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to four years in County Jail, five years probation and fined $320 for first degree burglary
