Florence passed peacefully in her sleep surrounded by loved ones after suffering a stroke two days prior. She leaves behind her loving husband of 45 years, Raymond Webster of Crescent City, her sister Joan Hennigan of Sacramento, Calif., and three children and their husbands: June and Alan Otten of West Sacramento, Calif.; Raquel and Brian Williams of Escalon, Calif.; and son Billy Morrison of Sacramento, Calif.  Florence had seven grandchildren: Aimee Schlie, Kirsten Lyon, Joseph Otten, Sara Paxman, Vanessa Schaapman, Amanda Mendoza and Brian Williams, Jr., all of Central California.

She had 11 great-grandchildren: Erica and Mayleeya Lyon, Matthew and Joseph Schlie, Keana, “Kiki Bird” Williams, Braden and Jack Schaapman, Miguel and Adrian Fernandez, and Ashlyn and Natalie Paxman, all of Central California. Cousins included Charlie and Terry Jones of Tennessee and Danny and Pat Jones of Jamestown, Calif. She had close friends who she considered family: Jimmy and Billy Vincent, Ben and Sharla Upright, Gene and Melva Paradenski, Scott and Pat Chapman, Dr. Everett Allen and a woman who was more like her mother than a friend, Jean Jordan, all of Crescent City.

Florence was loved by many and cherished by all who knew her. Her favorite thing to do was take care of and cook for anyone who stopped  in. She loved animals and doing her crossword puzzles. Florence knew no strangers and will be missed beyond words.

The family would like to thank the staff at Sutter Coast Hospital for the care Florence received while there and for making this very difficult time as comfortable as they did for her family, and to everyone else for their prayers and condolences.
