Spc. Jacob Young, 549th Military Police Company Army, completed his second deployment to Afghanistan on Jan. 1. He is currently stationed at Fort Stewart Army Base in Georgia. Young is a 2008 graduate of Del Norte High School and the son of Cindi and Steve Young of Crescent City.
