PARTY TIME: RHS Chief retires

More than 150 well-wishers attended a retirement party at the Elks Lodge on Saturday night for outgoing Rural Human Services executive director Teri McCune Oostra. She and husband Kees own the Dutch Gardener, which they plan to operate full-time beginning this spring.
