A Relay For Life kick-off rally will take place Saturday at the Del Norte County Fairgrounds Arts and Crafts Building from 1 to 4 p.m. People wishing to participate in this year’s cancer-fighting event will have the chance to sign up their team, learn about volunteer opportunities, hear a cancer survivor talk and win raffle prizes.
