Del Norte County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor sentencings for the week of Feb. 1–7 include: • Scott Wilson Barker, 41, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,094 for driving on a suspended license with two priors • Jennifer Jill Edwards, 38, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $964 for alcohol-related reckless driving • Tyler Lewis Graham, 20, Crescent City, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, three years probation and fined $560 for petty theft • Novie Gabrielle Harris, 34, Crescent City, was sentenced to three years probation and fined $700 for being under the influence of a controlled substance • Jacob Hicks, 25, Crescent City, was sentenced to 60 days in County Jail for a probation violation • Larry Jones, Jr., 36, Smith River, was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail for a probation violation • Dennis Hunt Lundgren, 44, Crescent City, was sentenced to 10 days plus 96 hours in County Jail, four years probation and fined $2,494 for driving under the influence with a .08 or higher blood alcohol content level with a prior conviction and a special allegation • Cecilia Belicia Ochoa, 22, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $1,502 for giving false identification to an officer, unlicensed driver and failure to provide insurance • Jude Matthew Rowland, 36, Antelope, was sentenced to 33 days in County Jail and fined $210 for obstructing/resisting a police officer • Nicole Erin Sinclair, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 19 days in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,494 for driving under the influence with a .08 or higher blood alcohol content level with a prior conviction and a special allegation • Keith Ray Stout, 51, Crescent City, was sentenced to 48 hours in County Jail, three years probation and fined $2,879 for driving under the influence with a .08 or higher blood alcohol content level, no evidence of current registration and failure to provide insurance • Scott Allen Vandecar, 22, Crescent City, was sentenced to one day in County Jail, three years probation and fined $560 for petty theft • Alden Mitchell Buchholz, 29, Granite Falls, Wash., was sentenced to 16 months in County Jail and fined $410 for possession of marijuana for sales • Tawnee Lee Cook, 24, Crescent City, was sentenced to 30 days in County Jail and fined $210 for false report of a criminal offense • Horacio Omar Campossoltero, 21, Smith River, was sentenced to 365 days in County Jail, five years probation and fined $520 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of a dangerous drug |
