Mary "Rose" Record
Mary "Rose" Record was a resident of Crescent City for 17 years and Merced for 30 years. She passed away on Sept. 9, 2013. Rose is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ellis “Red” Record; her three children, Don Dunn and his wife Margaret Dunn, Connie West and Sharon Maxwell; fourteen grandchildren and one sister.

Rose was a devoted Catholic all of her life. She was very giving, caring, a strong-willed woman who believed in family unity and values. Rose was a faithful member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and was involved in its Woman’s Society. She also volunteered at the Del Norte Senior Center in Crescent City. Rose and Red thoroughly enjoyed the 17 years spent in Crescent City. She loved traveling, camping, family get-togethers, being with friends and church activities. Now she is walking with her Jesus and her deceased loved ones. She will be truly missed and loved forever. May she watch over us.
