Maude Coillot
Maude Coillot, born March 13, 1933, in Oklahoma, passed away Sept. 17, 2013, in Coalinga, Calif.

Maude was a long-time resident of Crescent City.

A muscian, artist and song writer, she loved working with plants. She raised her children with a strong work ethic and encouraged their curiosity about life’s wonders, that they could accomplish anything they were willing to work for. She brought joy to many with her outlook on life and sense of humor. She never met a stranger. She reminds us that life is short, so live it to the fullest. She once said she gave up whiskey and men but she wasn’t giving up her coffee and cigarettes. She will be greatly missed. We love you, Mom AKA Grams.

She is survived by her three daughters, Charlotte Mosier, Celia Anderson and Cynthia Johnson; her grandchildren, Manny Stockton, Gerald Turner, Cecil Turner, Bonita Cummings and Christina Gonzales; numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
