The Times-Standard has announced it will cease daily delivery of its newspaper to Del Norte subscribers but will continue Sunday deliveries.

The change taking effect April 20 will impact 172 subscribers, said the Eureka-based newspaper’s publisher, Paula Patton. In addition, the newspaper will reduce its single-copy sales outlets in Del Norte by about half, she said.

The cutback is not limited to Del Norte. Patton said it applies to all areas north of Trinidad.
