Transient sought in connection to armed robbery

 The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating Candice Keshan Swain, 25, and a woman known as “Sonya” in connection with an armed robbery in Humboldt.

Swain, was alleged to be the driver in an incident in which two women robbed two other women in Humboldt on Tuesday.

Swain is 5 feet 4 inches tall, approximately 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She lives as a transient in Humboldt and Del Norte counties, authorities said.

The other woman known as “Sonya” is possibly from the Hoopa area, according to a press release from Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. She is described as weighing 250–300 pounds, with short dark hair. She had a 4- to 6-inch knife at the time of the incident.
