After reading Tony Reed’s homeless article, I can remain silent no longer. I totally agree with Sparky Countess’ views. These are low-life scumbags.

A homeless person, by definition, is someone who wants a physical structure to make into a home but for whatever reason they are without the means. Those are the ones we want to help.

These people don’t want that; not at all. They are not homeless. They are, literally speaking, the town’s garbage producers. That’s how we know where they are.

They give the homeless a bad name.

Sparky’s solution — chemical toilets, dumpsters — right on. Isn’t there an empty lot across from the sheriff’s station?
