Criminal Convictions

Antione R. Pillsbury, 20, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstruct/resist executive officer and was sentenced to two years of probation, 24 days in jail and a fine of $1,190.

Christopher S. Moore, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of for vandalism over $400, battery of an officer with injury and two prior prison strikes and was sentenced to four years in state prison, a fine of $740 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $459.

Salina R. Meyer, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of for inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to     89 days in jail and a fine of $40.

Bruce A. Haney, 45, of Lakeport, was convicted of endangering the health of a child and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Shawntay L. Richards, 44, of Smith River was convicted of three probation violations and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Durak D. Williams, 56, of     Smith River was convicted of violating parole and was sentenced to five days in jail.

Donald Baker, 54, of Crescent City was convicted of theft/larceny and was sentenced to one year of probation, 3 days in jail and a fine of $640.

Travis M. Collins Sr., 37, of Eureka was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, theft/unlawful driving/taking of a vehicle, driving on a suspended license due to a prior DUI and violating a domestic violence court order and was sentenced to three years of probation, 45 days in jail, a fine of $4,820 and ordered to complete 60 hours of community work service.

Michael S. Sanchez, 68, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstruct/resist an executive officer and was sentenced to one year  ofprobation, 2 days in jail and a fine of $640.

Fiona D. Roman,    23, of Arcata, was convicted of driving unlicensed and was sentenced to one year of probation and a fine of $485.
