At 3:12 p.m., caller reported a subject outside the store having a mental breakdown on the 400 block of Front Street. 

At 3:48 p.m., caller reported a patient with strange injuries on the 1500 block of California Street. 

At 4:23 p.m., caller requested assistance in finding a missing person on the 300 block of Bradford Street. 

At 4:39 p.m., caller reported a subject at their office in emotional distress on the 800 block oNorthcrest Drive. 

At 5:07 p.m., caller reported a subject staggering in and out of the roadway off of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 5:21 p.m., caller reported a female with a restricted driving license on the corner of 4th and H Street. 

At 5:40 p.m., caller reported her son had been having some mental health issues on the 300 block of Westbrook Lane. 

At 5:47 p.m., caller reported hearing gunshots on the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive. 

At 6:00 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject that was openly carrying a firearm on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.  

At 7:54 p.m., caller reported a vehicle driving recklessly and going over curbs on the 1200 block of 9th Street. 

At 10:04 p.m., caller reported his neighbors burning trash on the 100 block of Kerby Street. 

 

Thursday, Nov. 14 

At 7:29 a.m., caller reported a downed cable line in her yard on the 1000 block of J Street. 

At 8:26 a.m., caller reported some sort of mannequin head that appeared to have been converted to a mask was left on their Dumpster on the 800 block of 3rd Street.  

At 9:00 a.m., caller requested to turn in some firearms for destruction that were left to her mother after her father passed away on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 9:17 a.m., caller reporter her runaway daughter returned on the 200 block of Maiden Lane. 

At 9:35 a.m., caller reported she was almost hit by a bus while she was crossing the crosswalk on the corner of 5th and M Street. 

At 9:47 a.m., caller reported a subject inside the restroom yelling and causing a disturbance on the corner of Anchor and Starfish Way. 

At 10:08 a.m., caller reported a vehicle accident and possibly a public fight on the corner of Northcrest Drive and U.S. Highway 101. 

At 12:01 p.m., caller reported his bike was stolen on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 1:00 p.m., caller reported a subject came in making statements that she was robbed at gunpoint on the 1200 block of 6th Street.  

At 1:26 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject with suicidal ideations on the 12400 block of U.S. Highway 101.  

At 3:36 p.m., two subjects trapped in a vehicle after an accident on U.S. Highway 101.  

At 3:46 p.m., caller reported subjects stopped him on the road and punched his window on the 1100 block of Kellogg Road. 

At 5:06 p.m., caller reported a subject drove into the parking lot, came inside and smelled of alcohol on the 1200 block of 9th Street. 

At 5:15 p.m., caller reported a subject paying on his grass possibly intoxicated on the 1100 block of Douglas Street.  

At 5:28 p.m., caller reported illegal burning on the 100 block of Olive Street. 

At 6:58 p.m., emergency room staff requesting the removal of an intoxicated patient refusing service on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 7:32 p.m., security requested the removal of four subjects yelling and making threats on the 400 block of M Street. 

At 8:16 p.m., caller reported his tenant was intoxicated and threatening him on the 300 block of Pebble Beach Drive.  

At 8:38 p.m., caller came into the lobby wanting to report a suspicious person with a stick on the 800 block of G Street.  

At 9:16 p.m., caller reported the father of her child was released and took his belongings and their son, and there was no custody paperwork, on the 200 block of Salmon Avenue. 

At 10:52 p.m., driftwood fire on the beach across from the casino on Indian Road.  

 

Friday, Nov. 15 

At 4:07 a.m., caller reported something on fire on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Wonder Stump Road. 

At 7:16 a.m., caller reported smoke visible on the corner of Washington Boulevard and U.S. Highway 101. 

At 7:44 a.m., caller reported subject in the area yelling and making death threats on the 500 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 7:47 a.m., caller reported subject went into the backyard of a property with an ongoing squatter issue on the 1000 block of J Street.  

At 7:58 a.m., caller reported fuel stolen from mail trucks, gas cans and siphoning hose left behind on the 700 block of 2nd Street. 

At 8:08 a.m., caller requested to speak with a deputy regarding school staff making threats towards her child on the 500 block of 1st Street.  

At 8:29 a.m., caller reported a transient sleeping in front of the business refusing to leave on the 700 block of Northcrest Drive.  

At 8:48 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject who appeared intoxicated and was struggling to stand on the corner of El Dorado Street and Macken Avenue. 

At 8:57 a.m., caller reported his wife hit him with a broomstick, did not want law enforcement to respond and declined medical attention on the 200 block of Dryden Lane. 

At 8:59 a.m., caller reported a missing person was located in the Del Norte County area. 

At 9:16 a.m., caller reported she was in verbal, domestic altercations with her boyfriend on the 200 block of Olive Street. 

At 9:52 a.m., caller reported subject at the residence was stating he was going to get a firearm and shoot himself to the Fort Dick area. 

At 10:25 a.m., California Highway Patrol requested medical attention for a vehicle over the embankment off of U.S. Highway 199 in Gasquet. 

At 10:29 a.m., caller reported powerline down and smoking on the corner of Darby Street and Ames Way. 

At 10:46 a.m., caller reported she was involved in a non-injury collision in the parking lot on the 400 block of U.S. Highway 101. 

At 11:06 a.m., school staff requested to speak with a deputy regarding threats on the 900 block of Pine Grove Road. 

At 11:22 a.m., subject physically abusing emergency room staff on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard. 

At 11:25 a.m., caller reported hearing 30 to 40 people under her house on the 12700 block of South Indian Road.  

At 11:30 a.m., caller reported the gas tank to her vehicle was drilled while parked at the airport sometime within the last six weeks on the 100 block of Dale Rupert Road.  

At 11:36 a.m., caller reported her parked vehicle was involved in a hit and run on the 200 block of Coolidge Avenue. 

At 11:54 a.m., caller reported subject at the bus stop acting irate and throwing things on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.  

At 11:59 a.m., caller reported hearing an altercation on the 1700 block of State Street. 

At 12:00 p.m., caller reported a single-vehicle accident on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Parkway Drive. 

At 12:10 p.m., caller reported a vehicle had been parked at a vacant residence on the 500 block of Butte Street. 

At 12:43 p.m., caller reported subject relieved himself by the fountain on the 200 block of Price Mall.
