The following report of criminal convictions between July 1 and July 9 was provided by the Superior Court of Del Norte County:  

Zackary Alister Campt, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864. 

Shelby Tyler Dalbec, 25, of Crescent City, was six counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 360 days and a fine of $300. 

Ronald Eugene Evans, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of evading a peace officer/reckless driving, sentenced to prison for two years and eight months and a fine of $370. 

David Lucas Fitch, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of receiving stolen property, sentenced to jail for 217 days, probation for three years and a fine of $671. 

James Steven Freniere, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating parole and sentenced to jail for 180 days. 

Francisco Lloyd Gensaw, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $2,125. 

Daniel Joseph Grubb, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license with a prior, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and fine of $2,274. Grubb was also convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 10 days. 

Lisa Marie Hunter, 31, of Crescent City, was convicted of battery on a peace officer/emergency personnel, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630. 

Iris Marie Jessee, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of unauthorized use of personal information, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $1,600. Jessee was also convicted of wet/reckless driving and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $2,287. Jessee was also convicted of failure to appear in court and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 40 days and fines totaling $370. 

Ignacio Martinez Nunez, 72, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a child, sentenced to prison for five years and a fine of $440. 

Steven Michael Shoemaker, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $150. 

Chaz Dean Smith, 31, of Klamath, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864. 

Paul Robert VanMechelen, 40, of Klamath, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 15 days.
