Criminal Convictions

Matthew D. Kime, 44, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Alexandrea T. Perry Pereira, 21, of Brookings was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $1,934. Pereira also was convicted of criminal failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $220.

Brian Kendal Rice, 34, of Crescent City was convicted of bringing contraband into a jail, sentenced to jail for 270 days, probation for three years and a fine of $370. Rice also was convicted of theft/larceny and possession, sentenced to jail for six months and a fine of $290. Rice also was convicted four counts of theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for six months and a fine of $220 for each count. Rice also was convicted of four counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for six months and a fine of $150 for each count.

Allen Laverne Williams, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of felony to appear in court, sentenced to jail for three years and a fine of $370.
