Lisa Anderson, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of welfare fraud, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Juan Jose Alvarado-Lopez, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days and a fine of $1,864.

Lacey Jean Brooks, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor grand theft of money/labor/property, sentenced to jail for 220 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,231.

Sergei Constantine Burak, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $876.

Mirran Douglas Erickson, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor false imprisonment and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,670. Erickson was also convicted of another count of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $220. Erickson was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $220.

Margarita Garcia-Cortes, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $671.

Brittany Diane Gomez-Serrano, 27, of Eureka, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Charles Dorris James, 45, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a dirk/dagger and unlawful possession of an instrument/paraphernalia, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,506. James was also convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $220.

Isaiah Thomas Labounty, 18, of Ashland, Oregon, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for five days.

Ashley Lyn Martin, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Teresa M. McFarlin, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced jail for 30 days and a fine of $876.

Christopher Mann McKay, 32, of Bridgeville, California, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Joshua Allen Merrifield, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274. Merrifield was also convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Christopher Leon Nelson, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Kiley William Ortman, 44, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and being a habitual traffic offender, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $2,274. Ortman was also convicted on two counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $300.

Nolan Richard Travis, 27, of Smith River, was convicted of two counts of felony fleeing/evading an officer/reckless driving with disregard for the safety of persons or property, and one count of driving or taking a vehicle without consent after a prior conviction, sentenced to prison for four years and four months, and a fine of $3,750. Travis was also convicted of two counts of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 360 days.

Thomas B. Wakefield, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.
