Ariana Alvarez Perez, 26, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for nine days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864. Perez also was convicted of battery, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Heather Berger Pratt, 39, of Hoopa was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 12 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.

Daniel Crozier, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of battery on a non-cohabitant spouse, sentenced to jail for 30 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $920.

Rachel Feldsine, 30, of Crescent City was convicted of reckless driving, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Robert Fekete, 58, of Smith River was convicted of driving without a license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $634.

Joshua Huber, 23, of Hiouchi was convicted of battery, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Lisa Hulford, 53, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 15 days and a fine of $220. Hulford also was convicted of a second misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 15 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $876.

John Kubicek, 34, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants with a prior offense, sentenced to jail for 19 days and probation for four years, and a fine of $2,602.

Robert Maldonado, 56, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Brett McLaren, 23, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor threatening crime with intent to terrorize and vandalism, sentenced to jail for eight days and probation for three years, and a fine of $990.

Richard Otis, 37, of Eureka was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Christian Schroeder, 26, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor robbery, sentenced to jail for 180 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $370.

Troy Tucker, 29, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor criminal failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $290.

Timothy Tymon, 63, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for one day and probation for one year, and a fine of $876.

Kent Vaught, 50, of Gold Hill was convicted of misdemeanor driving without a license, sentenced to probation for two years and a fine of $634.

Kevin Watson, 33, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor violating probation on a previous sentence, now being imposed for receiving stolen property/vehicle, sentenced to jail for three years and a fine of $300.

Jeffrey Webb, 39, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with prior offense, sentenced to jail for 10 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $2,274. Webb also was convicted of misdemeanor violated probation, sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Eric Williams, 44, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $220. Williams also was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $220. Williams also was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor violated probation, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $150 for each count.

Eric Wilson, 32, or Brookings, Ore was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.
