Aspin Rose Branch, 26, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor fleeing an officer/reckless driving, sentenced to jail for two years and a fine of $1,600. Branch also was convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to 90 days in jail and a fine of $220.

Tina Louise Chambers, 52, of Smith River was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and fined $876.

Thomas Richard Demaris, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with two priors, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274. Demaris also was also convicted of criminal failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $220. Demaris also was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine $220.

Leonard Duane Foreman, 62, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 100 days and a fine of $2,274 for each count. Foreman also was convicted of two counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 100 days and a fine of $150.

Christopher James Inman, 39, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $876.

Ashley Elizabeth Piekosk, 28, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor fleeing an officer/reckless driving, sentenced to jail for 270 days, probation for three years and a fine of $290. Piekosk also was convicted of two counts of parole violation, sentenced to jail for 132 days for each count.

Devin Jarrett Ritter, 37, of Smith River was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 104 days and a fine of $4,876. Ritter also was convicted of two counts of parole violation, sentenced to jail for 104 days and a fine of $150.

Chagamin Michael Romannose Jones, 21, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor probation violation and sentenced to jail for six days.

William Hathaway Rakestraw, 33, of Crescent City was convicted of conspiracy, grand theft of money/labor, and two counts of resisting/delaying/obstructing arrest, and sentenced to jail for two years. Rakestraw also was convicted of violating probation, sentenced to jail for 116 days and a fine of $150.

Joseph Richard Scott, 29, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor parole violation and sentenced to jail for 180 days.

Kyle David Waltrip, 30, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor conspiracy, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.
