Jimmy De Biase, 36, of Hollywood, Florida was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Kelly Anne Brown, 54, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Marisela Cortes, 51, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor theft or larceny, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $671.

Joseph William Ronald Deford, 21, of Crescent City was convicted of violating probation on a previous sentence of possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for two years and a fine of $300.

Nesholia Ann Deroule, 48, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Michael Martin Chris Freed, 43, of Smith River was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Loren Billy Goldsmith, 60, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for four years and a fine of $5,245.

Shane Thomas Hunsucker, 47, homeless, was convicted of misdemeanor intimidating a witness by force, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600. Hunsucker also was convicted of four counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 90 days on each count.

Erin Elizabeth Kelley, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 190 days, probation for four years and a fine of $5,204. Kelley also was convicted of three counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 190 days on each count.

Ashley Lyn Martin, 34, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, sentenced to jail for 13 days, probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Brandon Donald Newton, 45, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 60 days.

Agustin Nunez, 20, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Salayna Lynn Orta, 21, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274. Orta also was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 20 days.

Jonathan Glenn Rounds, 43, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor resisting or delaying or obstructing arrest, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Daniel Lynn Staten, 19, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274.

Layla Lynn Strnad, 24, of Smith River was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 25 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,274.

Casey Rani Stratton, 44, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 50 days, probation for three years and a fine of $876. Stratton also was convicted of criminal failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 50 days and a fine of $630. Stratton also was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 50 days.

Wesley Edward Thomas, 34, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor stalking, sentenced to jail for 157 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,420.

Andrew John Ward, 35, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Bron Lee Williams, 45, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor violating community supervision, and sentenced to jail for 60 days on count one and 120 days on count two.

James Earl Wood, 37, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants with a prior conviction, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for four years and a fine of $2,602.
