Enrique Garcia Alcala, 48, of Klamath, was convicted on two counts of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $5,204.

Danniel John Anderson, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of fleeing an officer/reckless driving, and assault with a deadly weapon, sentenced to prison for three years and a fine of $4,540.

Michael Robert Baggarly, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted on two counts of driving on a suspended license with a prior, sentenced to jail for 80 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,558.

Donald Everett Danner, 38, of Fort Dick, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days and a fine of $1,864.

Lindsay Mariah Erb, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of bringing contraband into a jail, and communicating with a prisoner without consent, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,140.

Jared Daniel Hale, 47, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days and a fine of $1,864.

William Floyd Hartley, 47, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving on a suspended license, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Gabriele Margot Marcinek, 56, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

James Robert McCalister, 57, of Crescent City, was convicted of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Jericho Parrish Mercado, 24, of Crescent City, was convicted of obstructing/resisting an executive officer, sentenced to prison for two years and a fine of $270.

Steven Daniel Poteete, 37, of Cave Junction, was convicted of two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Garrett Lee Wick, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630. Wick was also convicted on two counts of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 120 days.
