Jack Anthony Althof, 52, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 100 days and a fine of $2,602. Althof also was convicted of two counts of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 100 days and a fine of $700.

Jody Shane Bingham, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Hector Rodolfo Carendas-Flores, 25, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864. He was also convicted of hit and run, and driving with knowledge of a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 120 days, probation for three years and a fine of $3,430.

Tawnee Lee Cook, 31, of Williams, Oregon, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,604.

Patrick Gebert Dixon, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 160 days.

Nicole Jalenna Down, 26, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

William Alfred Eldredge, Jr., 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Andre Jose Gonzalez, 37, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving with priors, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Heidi Clare Graham, 54, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 20 days.

Ashley Nicole Guy, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor battery on a spouse/cohabitant, sentenced to jail for 24 days, probation for three years and a fine of $920. Guy also was convicted of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 12 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Charles Robert Hartsell, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor resisting/delaying/obstruction, sentenced to jail for 33 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Jonathan Seth Knepshield, 27, a transient, was convicted of felony arson of a structure/forest land, sentenced to prison for four years and a fine of $1,600.

Michael Adrian Lindauer, 35, of Markleevile, California, was convicted of felony arson of a forest and driving/taking of a vehicle, sentenced to prison for six years and a fine of $1,670.

Reynold Ford McLaren, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation, thus the original conviction is imposed on two counts of fleeing an officer/reckless driving, sentenced to prison for three years and four months, and a fine of $300.

Richard Benton McCovey, Jr., 37, of Klamath, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants with a high block alcohol enhancement, sentenced to jail for four days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864. He was also convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 15 days.

Deedee Celeste McDonald, 51, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants with priors, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for four years and a fine of $2,602. McDonald also was convicted of violating probation and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Niel Pranil Nath, 35, of Modesto, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,602.

Jocelyn Sherille Otten, 32, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor arson of a structure/forest land, sentenced to jail for 140 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,600.

Jessica Marie Peat, 21, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor vandalism/damage to property, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation for one year and a fine of $630.

Russell Duane Pointer, 58, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $4,130.

Andrew J. Shelton, 40, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $876. Shelton also was convicted of three counts of failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $360.

Robert Charles Thornley, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating community supervision and sentenced to jail for 160 days.

Gabriel Villanueva, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and resist/delay/obstruction, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $290.

Channing Jay Vogel, 28, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor disobeying court-ordered terms, and preventing/dissuading a witness/victim from prosecuting, sentenced to jail for 17 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,450.

Robert M. Wheeler, 34, of Klamath, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with priors, sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $2,274.

Kenneth Wayne Wyckoff, 55, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor violating parole and sentenced to jail for 72 days.

Christoper Lee Zweber, 39, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $671. Zweber also was convicted of three counts of failure to appear in court and sentenced to jail for 90 days.
