Shannon Rachelle Ammon, 55, of Hoopa, Calif. was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Timothy Patrick Bosse, 47, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 10 days, probation for three years and a fine of $671.

Damien Dewayne Brock, 23, of Crescent City was convicted of violating mandatory supervision, and sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Troy Anthony Cairns, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for three days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Hector Rodolfo Cardenas-Flores, 24, of Crescent City was convicted of violating community supervision, and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Sherise Marie Carson, 43, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 45 days.

Heather Elaine Cook, 30, of Klamath was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to prison for three years and a fine of $370.

Shelby Dalbec, 25, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor destroying wireless communications, sentenced to jail for 12 days, probation for three years and a fine of $920. Dalbec also was convicted of contempt of court, sentenced to jail for 12 days, probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Donald Word Downard, 30, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 120 days and a fine of $150.

Mathew Wayne Erven, 49, of Smith River was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving/driving without a license, and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,318.

Jesse Wade Finkenkeller, 63, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 200 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,190. Finkenkeller also was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 120 days.

Daniel Ray Gavin, 33, of Smith River was convicted of misdemeanor two counts of conspiracy, sentenced to jail for 260 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,820.

Lueames Emmanuel Grogan, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of nunchakus, possession of illegal instruments/paraphernalia and criminal failure, sentenced to jail for three days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Joshua Michael Jimenez, 38, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor obstructing/resisting/delaying an officer and obstructing/resisting an executive officer, sentenced to jail for 180 days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,190. Jimenez also was convicted of reckless driving on a highway and use of offensive words in public, and sentenced to jail for 60 days and a fine of $1,463.

John Gabriel Jones, 36, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving, and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454. Jones also was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 20 days.

Michael Lee Jordan, Jr., 31, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $1,454.

Ean Jessie R. Martinez, 26, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Leah Alexandra May, 31, of Eureka, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with prior, sentenced to jail for 20 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,602.

Larry D. Moore, 61, of Crescent City was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 10 days.

Taylor Hailey Moore, 20, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving, and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Maria Guadalupe Montanez, 22, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants with a prior and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 240 days, probation for four years and fines totaling $2,752.

Jason Neal Newman, 45, a transient, was convicted of misdemeanor violating a domestic violence court order, and sentenced to jail for 40 days and a fine of $920.

Bryce Jackson Ownsbey, 22, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and four counts of violating probation, sentenced to jail for two years and 170 days, and a fine of $2,602.

Chadwick Ronald Poole, 44, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants with priors and violating probation, sentenced to jail for 360 days, probation for four years and a fine of $3,221.

Stephen Laurence William Reidel, 41, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor loud and unreasonable noise, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $630.

Iris Pauline Ridgley, 41, of Crescent City was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for 17 days, probation for three years and a fine of $2,602.

Rebecca Nicole Salinas, 38, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor reckless driving, and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $833.

Larisssa Rachelle Sanderson, 27, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor battery on a non-cohabitating spouse, and sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $920.

Leonard Stephenson Scott, 59, of Walla Walla, Wash. was convicted of misdemeanor registration fraud, and sentenced to probation for one year and a fine of $695.

Jennifer Michelle Sharon, 40, of Petaluma was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, and sentenced to probation for two years and a fine of $876.

Amelia Ann Smith, 60, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and sentenced to probation for two years and a fine of $876.

James Robert Steel, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with priors and violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 90 days and a fine of $3,221.

Michelle Leann Stephens, 38, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Alta Mary Thompson, 30, of Klamath was convicted of misdemeanor theft/larceny, sentenced to jail for 90 days, probation for three years and a fine of $671. Thompson also was convicted of criminal failure to appear in court and violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $1,110.

Ashley Channell Trammell, 23, of Brookings was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days, probation for three years and a fine of $1,864.

Tyler James Wheeler, 21, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor violating probation, and sentenced to jail for three days.

Nina Woznicki, 57, of Crescent City was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, and sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $1,454. Woznicki also was convicted of failure to appear in court, and sentenced to jail for 30 days and a fine of $630.
