Anthony David Baldree, 50, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for four days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.

Robert Russell Bench, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.

Christopher Eric Bergamini, 42, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor petty theft, sentenced to jail for 10 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $671. Bergamini was sentenced to jail for 20 days on two counts of probation violation.

Dion Lafayette Broutis, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.

Jacob Ronald Crager, 33, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor illegal cutting or destroying timber, sentenced to jail for two days and probation for three years, and a fine of $630.

James Johnson Donahue, Jr., 39, of Klamath, was convicted of misdemeanor parole violation, sentenced to jail for 180 days and a fine of $150.

Jordan Mychal Dutton, 27, of Smith River, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $634.

Patricia Lynette Eisele, 46, of Smith River, was convicted of possessing a controlled substance, sentenced to probation for three years and a fine of $876.

Kyle Lee Enos, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of theft or larceny and possessing a narcotic substance, sentenced to jail for 45 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,547. In addition, Enos was convicted of criminal failure to appear in court, sentenced to 45 days in jail and probation for three years, and a fine of $630.

Julio Cesar Garcia-Gamez, 27, of Crescent City, was convicted of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, sentenced to jail for 109 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $920.

Frank Gray Gist, 29, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation on a charge of possessing a dirk or dagger, and sentenced to two years in jail.

Rose Flower Glenn, 26, of Cave Junction, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for two days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.

Nicholes Brice Haas, 38, of Crescent City, was convicted of petty theft, sentenced to jail for 240 days and a fine of $671. In addition, Haas was convicted of criminal failure to appear in court, sentenced to jail for 240 days and a fine of $630. In addition, Haas was convicted of two counts of probation violation, sentenced to jail for 240 days and a fine of $150.

Bethany Noel Ingram, 34, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving without a license, sentenced to jail for 10 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $634.

Israel Jordan MacPherson, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving without a license, sentenced probation for three years and a fine of $634.

Destanee Dayle Sanderson, 30, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentenced to jail for 10 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,864.

Reshawn Lindsay Skillman, 43, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license with a prior offense, sentenced to jail for 30 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $2,602.

Amber Dyann Waters, 48, of Crescent City, was convicted of misdemeanor driving on a suspended license, sentenced to jail for 30 days and probation for three years, and a fine of $1,454.

Deborah Ann Wettengel, 36, of Crescent City, was convicted of two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 58 days.

Alexander Jay Williams, 23, of Crescent City, was convicted of two counts of violating probation, and sentenced to jail for 60 days.

Ler Xiong, 35, of Crescent City, was convicted of violating probation on a charge of vandalism over $400, and sentenced to jail for 58. In addition, Xiong was convicted of violating probation, and sentenced to prison for three years.
