At 12:03 p.m., caller reported a subject going through the recycling bins on the 2400 block of Oliver Avenue.

At 12:12 p.m., caller reported heavy grey smoke on the 100 block of Brookings Avenue in Smith River.

At 12:27 p.m., caller reported a female yelling near the gazebo on the 700 block of Front Street.

At 12:40 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject unloading all of her belongings and spreading them out in the parking lot on the 300 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 1:38 p.m., caller reported a male subject walking in the middle of the road on the corner of Harding Avenue and Northcrest Drive.

At 1:45 p.m., caller reported a subject on the 100 block of Ames Way threatening her after the subject was told to stop talking to the caller’s 17-year-old daughter.

At 2:08 p.m., caller reported someone stole his bike on the 800 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 2:44 p.m., caller reported a vehicle accident on the corner of 9th Street and Pebble Beach Drive.

At 3:29 p.m., caller reported a male subject going in and out of the roadway on the corner of 2nd and M Street.

At 4:05 p.m., caller reported a reckless ATV driver near South Beach.

At 4:12 p.m., caller reported a subject might have stolen something from the store on the 600 block of M Street.

At 4:15 p.m., caller reported someone broke into her house on the 800 block of Fred Haight Drive in July and stole items.

At 4:50 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject on the 1700 block of Northcrest Drive making suicidal statements. Subject stated he wanted to kill himself, and caller was unaware whether or not subject had a firearm.

At 5:06 p.m., caller reported a subject attempted to steal some merchandise on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard, but got confrontational and fled.

At 5:10 p.m., caller reported a known female tried to attack her on the 700 block of 9th Street.

At 5:43 p.m., caller reported a subject concealing items in his jacket on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 5:58 p.m., caller in reported her ex was sending her threatening messages.

At 6:13 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a male subject talking to himself and making strange statements in the parking lot on the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive.

At 6:38 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a female subject yelling at people and loitering around the store on the 400 block of M Street.

At 7:14 p.m., caller reported he crashed his car and then fell off a cliff on Klamath Beach Road and that people were after him.

At 8:05 p.m., caller requested the removal of a male subject sleeping in the lobby at the post office on the 700 block of 2nd Street.

At 9:03 p.m., caller reported her roommate stole her engagement ring on the 1300 block of Harrold Street.

At 9:09 p.m., caller reported a black vehicle kept driving around the neighborhood on the 500 block of Meridian Street.

At 9:31 p.m., caller reported smelling smoke on the corner of Elk Valley Road and Iowa Street.

At 9:59 p.m., caller reported they had a subject detained in the office on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

Tuesday, Nov. 5

At 1:16 a.m., caller reported hearing a public fight with subjects yelling and screaming in the parking lot on the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive.

At 5:40 a.m., caller requested documentation that an unwanted subject came to her apartment on the 1000 block of 5th Street.

At 10:34 a.m., caller on the 1500 block of Summer Park Court reported her coworker was harassing her by Facebook and text messages.

At 11:32 a.m., caller reported an unknown subject brandished a firearm at him after the caller confronted the subject about driving a side by side through his camp on Patricks Creek Road.

At 12:17 p.m., caller reported a male subject lying unresponsive on the foot of a bridge in Crescent City.

At 12:22 p.m., caller reported a subject acting strange in a vehicle on the corner of Napa and Jefferson Street.

At 12:25 p.m., caller reported a subject stole some items from the store on the 200 block of Citizens Dock Road.

At 1:24 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject that has been told he is not allowed on the property on the 200 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 1:58 p.m., caller reported a vehicle accident on the corner of Northcrest Drive and Washington Boulevard.

At 2:10 p.m., caller reported a subject holding a long, sharpened stick on the corner of El Dorado Street and Pacific Avenue.

At 2:31 p.m., caller reported his ex that has a restraining order against him kept harassing him at work on the 500 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 2:42 p.m., caller requested the removal of a subject who was bothering people and drinking on the 400 block of M Street.

At 3:49 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on his daughter on the 900 block of Lake Street who he has been unable to reach for the last couple days.

At 5:34 p.m., caller reported an RV was possibly on fire on the 200 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 6:04 p.m., caller reported his house was ransacked and a vehicle was stolen out of his garage on the 300 block of Church Tree Road.

At 6:06 p.m., caller reported a subject on the 1100 block of Burtschell Street kept texting and calling him.

At 6:09 p.m., caller reported a subject tried to attack him on the 900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 6:16 p.m., caller reported subject were in a loud fight in the park on the 15800 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 6:28 p.m., caller reported her mother called and stated she was in a fight with her boyfriend on the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 6:31 p.m., caller reported her neighbor’s dogs were attacking each other on the 300 block of Redwood Road and she was scared for her life.

At 6:39 p.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject having possibly lewd conduct, rolling around on the ground in the parking lot on the 1000 block of Condor Street.

At 6:51 p.m., caller reported his neighbor was harassing him by yelling, cussing and making strange noises on the 1000 block of Condor Street.

At 8:30 p.m., caller requested the removal of a male subject who was refusing to leave and yelling at employees on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 8:55 p.m., caller reported her boyfriend thought she was cheating on him and was chasing her on the 200 block of Olive Street.

At 9:02 p.m., caller requested the removal of a male subject who had been discharged and was refusing to leave the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 10:14 p.m., caller reported her coworker was missing from the 500 block of Cooper Avenue.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

At 12:15 a.m., caller reported her mother called her, crying, saying her son was having a mental episode and was trying to break down her bedroom door on the 200 block of Lynch Road.

At 2:24 a.m., caller reported an unoccupied vehicle in the parking lot not associated with anyone in the building on the 1200 block of 5th Street.

At 4:50 a.m., caller requested a check on a vehicle parked in the handicap parking space that did not have handicap plates or placards on the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.

A5:30 a.m., caller requested the removal of a transient female from the property on the 2600 block of Lake Earl Drive.

At 5:36 a.m., caller reported a female subject was screaming for someone to call 911on the 99900 block of Cloutier Street in Fort Dick. Caller also reported a known male subject was causing a disturbance at that camp.

At 7:08 a.m., caller reported a bicycle stolen from her room on the 700 block of E Street.

At 7:56 a.m., caller reported a subject asleep or passed out in a vehicle in front of a residence on the 100 block of Steelhead Street.

At 8:12 a.m., caller reported a herd of elk moving into the roadway on the corner of U.S. Highway 101 and Citizens Dock Road.

At 8:31 a.m., caller reported driftwood on fire on the beach near the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 8:31 a.m., staff reported a subject under the influence locked in the restroom and lighting matches to set off the fire alarm on the 100 block of Ehlers Way.

At 8:39 a.m., caller reported subject threatened multiple people with a hatchet on the 500 block of Indian Road.

At 8:45 a.m., caller reported his ex-wife kept contacting him on social media.

At 8:48 a.m., caller reported vehicle with two small children without car seats in the parking lot on the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

At 10:14 a.m., caller reported hearing a gunshot and seeing an elk down in the field on the 11800 block of Oceanview Drive.

At 10:24 a.m., school staff requested assistance with a student out of control on the 1100 block of El Dorado Street.

At 10:46 a.m., multiple callers reported subject kicked another subject on the 500 block of Cooper Avenue.

At 10:53 a.m., caller requested the removal of a subject refusing to leave the property on the 1700 block of Ferndale Lane.

At 11:09 a.m., staff reported finding a bag of meth on the floor on the 700 block of L Street.

At 11:07 a.m., caller reported subject trespassing on his property on the 1000 block of Pebble Beach Drive.

At 12:25 p.m., caller reported vehicle driving recklessly, run a red light, and weaving in and out of traffic on the 200 block of L Street.

At 1:03 p.m., caller reported a subject was yelling at her due to her driving on the 900 block of B Street.

At 1:18 p.m., caller reported subject possibly under the influence sitting in a vehicle on the 900 block of G Street.

At 2:13 p.m., caller reported another driver merged into him on the corner of 7th and L Street, non-injury.

At 3:07 p.m., caller requested assistance turning over a firearm on the 400 block of Leif Circle to law enforcement for safekeeping.

At 3:12 p.m., a male had difficulty breathing and chest pain, and a vehicle hit him and fled, on the corner of 9th and L Street.

At 5:56 p.m., caller reported subjects appeared to be attempting to break into a vehicle on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Amador Street.

At 6:48 p.m., caller reported a female was walking around in circles and acting strange on the corner of Keller Avenue and Inyo Street.

At 8:07 p.m., caller reported she discovered her home on the 100 block of Pioneer Road was broken into and the screen was cut.

At 8:40 p.m., caller reported an unknown subject was towing a vehicle and he could see flashlights in the area on the 400 block of Lauff Avenue.

At 10:01 p.m., caller reported her daughter was acting out, refusing to go to school, pounding on the walls and stating she wanted to kill herself on the 200 block of Maiden Lane.

At 10:04 p.m., caller reported a male subject left the store with some items on the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

Thursday, Nov. 7

At 1:00 a.m., staff requested the removal of a female that threw menus at a server on the 1200 block of 5th Street.

At 1:35 a.m., caller reported two males were fighting and then he heard a male subject state he was going to get a gun on the 200 block of Salmon Avenue.

At 3:39 a.m., caller reported a vehicle was not maintaining lanes and driving erratically on the corner of Northcrest Drive and U.S. Highway 101.

At 5:49 a.m., caller reported hearing someone inside a building that was supposed to be unoccupied on the 1600 block of Parkway Drive.

At 6:47 a.m., caller reported a classroom was broken into and multiple items were taken on the 1000 block of E Street.

At 7:13 a.m., caller reported a subject who was arrested from his property stole several of his tools on the 1700 block of Ferndale Lane.

At 7:25 a.m., caller reported her niece ran away from the 100 block of Starfish Way.

At 7:44 a.m., caller reported a subject passed out drunk in a vehicle parked behind her vehicle in the driveway on the 1700 block of Gainard Street.

At 8:30 a.m., caller reported a vehicle on fire in the drive-through on the 300 block of M Street.

At 11:22 a.m., caller requested a welfare check on a subject who was crying and pacing on the 400 block of Front Street.

At 11:29 a.m., caller reported a suspicious item located in the lost and found on the 1100 block of 2nd Street.
