At 10: 40 a.m., caller reported a 7- to 8-foot shark swam under a surfer at South Beach.

At 10:14 a.m., caller on Miller Lane reported they may have information on a stolen bike.

At 10:00 a.m., caller in the 100 block of Thimbleberry Lane reported someone may have stolen his checks and that $800 has been taken from his bank account.

At 9:18 a.m., caller requested lift assist for 85-year-old woman who’s fallen in the 1000 block of California Highway 101.

At 9:11 a.m., caller requested welfare check in the 100 block of Vivienne Lane on family member not heard from.

At 9:08 a.m., vehicle found in ditch at the corner of Railroad and Washington in Crescent City.

At 9:07 a.m., caller reported break-in at shop in the 600 block of Cooper Avenue.

At 9:06 a.m., non-injury vehicle accident at the corner of El Dorado Street and Cooper Avenue in Crescent City.

At 9:00 a.m., caller reported structure fire in the 1000 block of Condor Street.

At 8:55 a.m., rollover vehicle accident on Route 199 in Gasquet.

At 8:52 a.m., staff requested removal of aggressive subject in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 8:37 a.m., caller requested to speak with deputy regarding RVs parked near the mouth of Smith River.

At 8:34 a.m., caller in the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive requested to document harassment from a known subject.

At 8:32 a.m., car with broken window in the 1300 block of El Dorado Street.

At 8:12 a.m., caller requested advice on what to do with a racoon that had killed her livestock and is trapped in the 200 block of East Hoover Avenue.

At 7:38 a.m., caller requested deputy to speak with juvenile in the 100 block of Parker Lane who did not want to go to school.

At 7:36 a.m., gunshot heard near the 1000 block of California Highway 101.

At 6:07 a.m., caller reported persistent car alarm near the corner of Summer Lane and East Washington Boulevard.

At 5:55 a.m., caller reported multiple RVs in parking lot near mouth of Smith River that may be camping there.

At 5:52 a.m., caller reported multiple customers said there was a public fight behind car wash in the 300 block of California Highway 101.

At 5:35 a.m., 66-year-old female fell possibly breaking her leg in the 1300 Block of A Street.

At 5:29 a.m., glass broken in lobby in the 1000 block of Front Street.

At 2:46 a.m., caller reported 75-year-old female with nose bleeding in the 12400 block of California Highway 101.

At 1:40 a.m., caller reported intoxicated 53-year-old female with liver pain in the 2500 block of Route 199.

At 1:03 a.m., caller requested law enforcement to collect counterfeit bill in the 2500 block of Howland Hill Road.

At 12:53 a.m., caller reported hearing public fight near the corner of Butte Street and Maple Tree Lane.

At 12:36 a.m., caller requested removal of subject in a vehicle refusing to leave the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 12:08 a.m., caller reported subject in the parking lot in the 1500 block of Northcrest Drive wearing a hospital gown with an IV in his arm.

At 12:01 a.m., sheriff did vehicle check on two vehicles in the 1300 block of El Dorado Street.

Sunday, Sept. 8

At 11:45 p.m., vehicle accident on Route 199.

At 10:38 p.m., caller reported people screaming and entering and exiting apartment in the 1000 block of Scenic Creek Drive.

At 9:48 p.m., caller requested removal of subject causing disturbance, destroying property, threatening employees and refusing to leave in the 100 block of Ehlers Way.

At 9:35 p.m., 63-year-old male needed lift assist in 2500 block of Route 199.

At 9:14 p.m., caller reported shoplifter in the 900 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 8:39 p.m., caller reported they were transporting someone with bleeding head injury at the corner of Kings Valley Road and California State Highway 101.

At 8:32 p.m., janitor set off motion alarm in the 500 block of 1st Street.

At 8:32 p.m., caller reported female screaming in the 4600 block of Kings Valley Road.

At 8:28 p.m., caller requested removal of subject causing disturbance in the 3400 block of Cunningham Lane.

At 7:33 p.m., back-shop motion alarm in the 1700 block of Boulder Road.

At 7:27 p.m., caller reported juveniles running around parking lot of restaurant in the 300 block of M Street.

At 7:17 p.m., caller in the 700 block of 9th Street reported that ex-husband had not returned their child after scheduled visit.

At 7:02 p.m., caller requested assistance with subject causing disturbance in emergency room in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard.

At 6:59 p.m., caller reported 75-year-old female with nose bleed in the 12400 block of California State Highway 101.

At 6:56 p.m., arrest in the 600 block of M Street.

At 6:32 p.m., caller reported domestic dispute in the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 6:27 p.m., caller reported 55-year-old female in pain in the 100 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 5:53 p.m., 80-year-old male with difficulty breathing in the 100 block of Bonnie Lane.

At 5:48 p.m., caller reported intoxicated female yelling at his children in the 1000 block of California Highway 101.

At 5:13 p.m., caller reported subject left store in the 1100 block of 3rd Street with electronics.

 At 5:11 p.m., multiple callers reported juvenile walking in the rain without rain jacket in the 1600 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 4:46 p.m., caller reported possible lost child going through neighbors’ mailboxes and crying in the 2500 block of Nickel Avenue.

 At 4:22 p.m., caller reported wife was supposed to bring him dinner two hours earlier and had not shown up in the 1900 block of Northcrest Drive.

At 3:45 p.m., emergency room staff reported patient stated they were assaulted on Minnesota Street.

At 3:42 p.m., male had foot injury in the 1100 block of Harrold Street.

At 3:17 p.m., 50-year-old female non-responsive in the 600 block of 9th Street.

At 2:22 p.m., caller reported window of vehicle broken in the 700 block of Humboldt Street.

At 1:51 p.m., caller requested welfare check on female considering suicide in the 1200 block of Gainard Street.

At 1:34 p.m., caller reported storage broken into in the 300 block of Arnett Street.

At 11:20 p.m., caller reported she was attacked by cat in the 1500 block of Lauff Avenue and needed medical attention.

At 1:15 p.m., 70-year-old female fell and needed lift assist in the 1400 block of Inyo Street.

At 1:11 p.m., caller reported cat stuck in a tree in the 100 block of Meadow Drive.

At 1:09 p.m., motion detector alarm in the 1400 block of Parkway Drive.

At 1:04 p.m., multiple callers reported altercation between man and woman in the 700 block of California State Highway 101.

At 12:43 p.m., caller reported female yelling at her in the 1500 block of California Street.

At 12:31 p.m., 32-year-old man complained of headache and high blood pressure in the 300 block of M Street.

 At 11:57 a.m., caller requested to speak with deputy regarding theft in the 800 block of Elk Valley Road.

At 11:33 a.m., multiple calls from 911-only phone in the 200 block of Washington Avenue.

At 11:26 a.m., multiple 911 calls from the 1600 block of El Monte Road.

At 10:46 a.m., caller requested welfare check on female crying in the 100 block of Scenic Creek Drive.

At 10:39 a.m., caller reported subject pushing motorcycle and acting like he didn’t want to be seen in the 4700 block of Kings Valley Road.

At 10:31 a.m., caller reported subject driving in the 100 block of Cedar Street believed to be casing houses.

At 10:14 a.m., door alarm in the 900 block of Murphy Avenue.

At 10:01 a.m., vehicle crashed into guardrail on Route 199.

At 9:52 a.m., caller requested welfare check on female walking in middle of road at Madison Avenue and Northcrest Drive.

At 9:08 a.m., caller reported subject shoved her and she is disabled, and requested civil standby to gather her belongings in the 12800 block of California State Highway 101.

At 9:06 a.m., called requested removal of camper in the 3400 block of Cunningham Lane who was yelling.

At 8:44 a.m., multiple callers reported subject walking in the middle of the road in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard and jumping in front of vehicles.

At 8:12 a.m., caller requested welfare check on subject lying in a ditch at the corner of California State Highway 101 and Redwood Drive.

At 8:00 a.m., caller reported subjects inside business in the 1100 block of 9th Street.

At 7:52 a.m., caller requested welfare check on female standing in the middle of road in the 1300 block of Jordan Street.

At 7 a.m., caller reported noisy yard work near the 400 block of D Street.

At 5:58 a.m., caller requested welfare check for female in middle of road at corner of Lake Earl Road and Elk Valley Road.

At 4:57 a.m., caller reported fight between two subjects at the storage units in the 100 block of Kings Street.

At 2:19 a.m., 71-year-old female with altered level of consciousness in the 100 block of Dryden Lane.

At 2:15 a.m., caller reported possible drunk driver southbound at the corner of California State Highway 101 and Kings Street.

At 1:55 a.m., door and entry alarm in the 100 block of mouth of Klamath Road.

At 12:33 a.m., caller reported being in physical fight with boyfriend on Maple Road and had just escaped.

At 12:32 a.m., caller reported people banging on building in the 1000 block of 9th Street.

At 12:31 a.m., caller reported fight near house at corner of Cooper Avenue and Amador Street.

At 12:10 a.m., caller reported what sounded like gunfire.
